Her clients receive the wisdom of both Eastern and Western medicine.

Our approach combines acupuncture, acupressure, gua sha and cupping, moxa, herbal medicine, nutrition therapy, lifestyle fine-tuning, functional medicine testing, and movement therapy. Rotem is a Postpartum Doula, Lactation Counselor and Educator with over 10 years of experience. In addition to her Postpartum Doula Practice, she is an instructor at Blossom Birth and Family, Sutter Health and Nursing Mothers Counsel. She has worked with hundreds of families and is passionate about supporting mothers and families in the early postpartum weeks.
Dr Moss practices a full spectrum, eclectic form of general chiropractic care, influenced by functional endocrinology, clinical nutrition, principles of Chinese medicine, and soft tissue modalities. She specializes in hormone evaluation and balancing, prenatal/postpartum care, infant care.

In addition to practicing Diversified, Gonstead and Thompson Drop chiropractic techniques, Dr. Dowling is certified in Graston technique, a soft tissue modality which effectively treats myofascial adhesions. Dr. Dowling is also certified in Webster technique, which is a specific analysis and adjustment to the sacrum to restore optimal pelvic positioning during pregnancy, which can lead to a faster delivery and less pain during birth. Dr. Dowling is a certified Spinning Babies Aware Practitioner, which is training in bodywork and exercises to help optimize fetal positioning. Dr. Dowling has also undergone extensive training in chiropractic pediatrics through the ICPA and various other continuing education resources. She is trained in infant cranial adjusting, as well as lip and tongue tie rehabilitation.
HypnoBirthing & Childbirth Education
Using the HypnoBirthing method for her own children’s births led her to become a Certified HypnoBirthing Practitioner in 2010 and, shortly after, a Certified Hypnotherapist. Tracie has been privileged to teach HypnoBirthing – The Mongan Method to hundreds of Bay Area Families since 2010.
